SUM OF £3000 TO BE AVAILABLE.

Details of a bequest oi: almost £3000, made to the City of Auckland under the will of Mrs. S. S. B. Burton, the wife of Lieut.-Colonel Henry Burton, formerly of Auckland, were placed before the City Council last evening.

A legal firm of Bournemouth, England, wrote stating that under the will onetenth of the residuary estafte was held upon trust to pay Evelyn W.
