STATEMENT IN COMMONS. BILL TO BE INTRODUCED. A. and N.Z. LONDON,, Dec. 3. Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery, Secretary for the Colonies, has given notice in the House of Commons of his intention to introduce a bill to authorise the carrying out of the proposals in regard to preference within the Empire, which were advanced at the last Imperial Economic Conference.
