[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday. The licensee of the Excelsior Hotel, Thomas' Tansey. was fined £10 on each of three charges of selling liquor after hours, the police stating that the hotel had a reputation for this sort of thing.
