GRAFTON GULLY VAGRANT.
SLEPT UNDER THE BRIDGE. SIX MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT. A charge of vagrancy and four charges of theft were admitted by Frank Oswald Sakey, aged 32. in the Police Court yesterdav, before Mr. .T. \V. Poyntou, S.M., and Messrs. F. J. H. Ellisdon and W. .1. Potter, .T.P.'s. Acting-Detective MeWhirter said accused had admitted all the offences and had been sleeping under Grafton Pudge every night for nearly a month. A stolen suitcase was found in his possession when he was arrested in Grafton gully. Chief-Detective Cummings said accused bad several previous convictions and had neglected his family. A sentence of six months' Imprisonment was imposed.
