STABBING AFFRAY.
PROSECUTION DROPPED.
MELBOURNE MAN'S DEATH.

The Government lias decided not to file a presentment against Harry Yock Kee in connection with the stabbing affray in the Chinese Club on November 6.
In the course of a scuffle on the steps of the Chinese Nationalist Club, in Little Bourke Street, on November 6, William Graham was fatally stabbed. The police stated that two men. who were under the influence of liquor, went to the Chinese clubroom. There was an altercation and the men were pushed outside the door. One was stabbed with a knife, which was found later in a waste-paper basket in the clubroom. The victim died before reaching the hospital. Harry Yock 1 Kee was the lost man seen at the door with deceased. He was arrested, charged with murder, and remanded.
