It is expected that it will be j |in the hands of the Government by j { Thursday or Friday of this week. j j Sir Sam Fay and Sir Vincent Raven j j will leave Wellington by the I liiuaroa i ion Friday for Sydney. The first-named • will sail for England from Sydney on j January 3,. but it is Sir Vincent Raven's ! ! intention to make a short stay in Au>- . | tralia, leaving for England by the Orvieto | I on February 25. j .Mr. C.
