CHEESE DEMAND STEADY-
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Eecd. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 10. On the butter market Danish is rather easier at 2325. Colonial is firm. New Zealand choicest salted is quoted at 220s to 2225, and exceptionally choice at 2245. Australian is quoted at 204s to ,2065; nnsalted at 212s to 2205; Siberian at 160s to 1765. Cheese is firm. New Zealand coloured is quoted at 94|, white at 955. Australian coloured is quoted at 91s to 925. Last woek's report stated:—The butter market is quiet. New Zealand choicest salted is quoted at 220s to 224e, Australian, 206s to 208s. Exceptional lots are quoted at 210s. Unsalted is scarce at 216s to 2205. Danish is tending to easier at 2365. Siberian ss quoted at 156s to 1765. Cheese is steady. New Zealand is quoted at 94s to 965; Australian at 91s.
