Oct. 10 The Turkish Government has replied to the British Notes regarding Turkish incursions into the Mosul violayet. Turkey denies the incursions and assert* that she is not concentrating troops iu Irak. The Angora Government undertakes not to pass the line of Djesse-Bin-chchad-Tchonlameraik. This line, howover, marks practically the extreme point of the Turkish incursions.
