FACILITIES AT STATION. fBY TELEGRAPH. —OWS CORRESPONDENT. ] MORRINSVILLE. Saturday. That a crane is badly needed at the Morrinsville railway station was demonstrated during the past week, when a motor firm had sent to them three large motor-cars packed in cases. It had been found impossible to remove the cars from the trucks, and it had been necessary to cp.nd them back to Hamilton, where they were transferred into a different type of truck. Had there been a crane at the Morrinsville station this delay could have been' obviated. At the last meeting of the Borough Council it was decided to write to the department, urging the necessity of having a crane at the local station. Messrs. F. W. Waters (chairman), W. R. Lowrv, W. McLfan aW W. J. Gibbs (engineer), of the Piako County Council, returned yesterday from Wellington, where they had interviewed the Minister for Public Works with respect to obtaining grants for various works in the county. It is stated that the representor tions made were very successful,
