PORTUGUESE REBELS.
ANOTHER REVOLT ABORTIVE.
SEVERAL ARRESTS EFFECTED,
(Received 5.5 p.m.) Eeuter. LISBON. Sept. 13. Another abortive attempt to institute a revolution has been made by parties of Communists, including soldiers. They attacked the offices of the Ministry for War, the telegraph station, and the Customs House. The rovolt failed, and several of the agitators were arrested. The Government has the situation thoroughly in hand. The revolutionaries who occupied the Customs House fled. Those arrested include officers, sergeants and sailors. The arrest has also been ordered of members of the Directory of the Radical Party. Complete calm now prevails.
