BANE RATE IN FRANCE.
INTEREST ON ADVANCES.
Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association*. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) PARIS. Sept. 13. Though the French bank rate remains at 6 per cent, the Bank of EVan.ce has raised the interest rate on advances from 7 to 8 per cent.
