CHARGES ON VARIOUS MAKES.
Taxation upon the basis of 5s per R.A.C- horse-power would give the following annual payments for the current models of some of the well-known cars: Austin Twelve, £3 ss; Austin Twenty, £5 15s; Buick Four. £4 15s; Buick Six, £7; Chandler, £7 10s; Chevrolet, £5 10s; Dodge, £6; Dnrant, £6; Daimler Four, £4; Daimler Six, £5 ss, £7 15s, and £8 15s. according to model; Essex, £4; Ford, £5 15s; Fiat 10-15, £2 15s; Gray, £5 ss; Hupmobile, £4 ss; Hudson, £7 10s; Jewett, £6 10s; Morris-Cowley, £3; Moon, £6; Maxwell, £5 ss; Overland, £4 15s; Oakland, £4 15s; Oldsmobile, £4 10s; Packard Six, £7; Packard Eight, £9 ss; Rugby, £4; Studebaker Light Six, £6; Studebaker Big Six, £9: Standard, £3 and £3 10s, according to model; Wolseley Four, £2 15s and £4, according to model; Woiseley Six, £6. .
