NEW MINISTRY FORMED.
STRONGER THAN PREDECESSOR.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. ißeceived 12.5 a.m.) Router. DELHI, Aug. 4. According to advices from Bagdad, the Irak Constituent Assembly has dissolved and the, Cabinet has resigned. A nev Cabinet has been formed with Yoshin Pisha A 1 Hassirni, formerly a general in the Turkish Army, as Premier. The •new Ministry is considerably stronger than the lait one. It is expected to expedite the stabilisation of the country.
