FORBURY PARK DISPUTE.
LEGAL ACTION PENDING. RUGBY UNION ISSUES WRIT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN. Monday. Tho Otago Rugby Union has issued a writ against the Forbury Park Trotting Club, the Dunedin Coursing Club and the New Zealand Football League to prevent the FJjrbury sPark gnound being used for the League match, New Zealand versus the English visiting team on August 9. The case will probably be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday. The Forbury Park Club has leased the park to the Otago Union with a condition that tho Coursing Club has the right to use it for three days during the season. The Coursing Club has used the ground on two days this year and has entered into an agreement to let the f round for the third day to the Rugby zeagte. The Otago Union holds that the Coursing Club has no right to make such a transfer.
