PROGRESS OF NEGOTIATIONS.
(Received 5.5 p.m.) Reuter. V LONDON. July 26. ]Slr. K. G. Rakowsky, leader 6f the Soviet delegation to Britain, has gone to Moscow to report on the position concerning the London negotiations between Russia and Britain. The negotiations will continue when he returns, probably on August 2. / ' !
