£100,000 LOAN PROPOSED.

TAUEANGA, Saturday. : The Tauranga Electri,c Power Board lias decided to take a poll of ratepayers on August 13 on a propo&il to raise a special loan of £100,000. Recently the board reached an agreement with tlie Borough Council for the purchase of current, and the object of the loan is to enable the board's district to be reticulated.
