• THE SUFFOLK. - The Federal Line Bteamer Suffolk sailed on Saturday afternoon for Napier, "Wellington, Lyttelton and; Dunedia to complete discharge of her cargo for West of.United Kingdom ports. On Saturday morning one of t&e stewards, William Murphy, a single man, aged 2<i, and a native of Liverpool, died at the hospital of pneumonia.

JOAN CRAIG FROM NEWCASTLE. The Lamb steamer Joan Craift is expected at Auckland from Newcastle to-morrow with a cargo of hardwood timber and poles, which will bfl discharged at the ' • Kiwc's Wharf. Afterwards the vessel will load timber at thill port for Sydney. It is understood the company's steamer Omana is to load at Newcastle for Tauranga. The Northern Company are the local agents for the vessels.

TEKOA LOADS AT AUCKLAND. The New Zealand Shipping: Company's Steamer Tekoa iu due at Auckland from London about August 19. The vessel mil discharge most of her cargo at Auckland, and will also load New Zealand produce at this port for Glasgow. Manchester, Liver- > Pr>ol and Avonmouth. THE SCHOONER HUIA. The Nobel Explosive Company's auxiliary schooner Huia was expected ®t Wellington yesterday from Auckland, via Napier. After unloading a quantity of explosives at Wellington the vessel will proceed to Dunedm tq complete discharge and to load a cargo of produce for Auckland.

THE POET HUNTER. The Commonwealth and Dominion Lino steamer Port* Hunter was expected to leave Lyttelton. on Thursday night for Wellington, Napier, G-isbome, and Auckland, to complete loading for New York, Boston ;*nd .London. She in to leave Wellington tomorrow, and is scheduled to sail finally from Auckland on August 6.

WESTMORELAND DUE TO-MORROW. . The Federal Line steamer Westmoreland is duo at Auckland from Liverpool tomorrow morning, when aho will berth at the King's Wharf. She is bringing cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. Captain F. Ashworth, late of the Paparoa, is in command of tho Westmoreland, during the absence on holiday leave ill England of Captain G. T. Deith.

RICHARDSON LINE STEAMERS. Messrs. Watkin and Wallis advise that the Richardson steamer Aw.ahou is to leave Gisborae to-night for Auckland, via East Coast bays. NEW LINE BRINGING OIL. It is reported that the Associated Oil Company (of San Francisco) has fixed four oil tank steamers to bring: bulk fuel oil from San Luis Vobiapo tp New Zealand. The first of these, the Mericus H. Whittier. sailed from' San Luis Vobispo on July 6 with a full cargo of fuel oil for Wellington, whore aho is due at the end of this month. It is understood a monthly service will be maintained.

THE CANADIAN MILLER. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Miller was expeoted to leave Lyttelton on Saturday afternoon for Wellington, Napier and Auckland, to complete loading for New York, Boston and Montreal. The -vessel is to be despatched finally from this port for New York about Friday.

REMUERA SAILS 4 P.M. TO-MORROW ■ The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuerai ia to bo despatched from Wellington at 4 p.m. to-morrow, with a fall complement or passengers as well as cargo and mails for Southampton and London. Included among the passengers is the " All Black " football team. Mails to ba despatched by the vessel close at Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day.

NORFOLK LOADING. The Fedora! Lino steamer, Norfolk, arrived from Gisborn® on Saturday afternoon and berthed at the Central Wharf to complete loading New Zealand produce for Glasgow, Liverpool and Avonmouth. She is to be. despatched for those ports probably to-morrow. The N»w Zealand Shipping Company are the local agents.

THE MOTOR-SHIP NORDBO. Tho Danish motor-ship Nordbo is due at Auckland from Pacific Coast ports at an early date to the agency of HuddartPark.Br Company, Limited. The vessel is bringing: a full cargo of lumber, 20,000 cases of oil and 2900 tons of oats, e.B well asi laths, doors, etc. Of the timber 485,000 ft is for discharge at Auckland, as well, as oats and case oil. Her other discharging ports are Wellington and Duneain.

CITY OF CANTON FROM NEW YORK. The A. and A. Line's chartered steamer City of Canton is expected ,at Auckland shortly with a cargo of case oil and general merchandise from New York to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company.
