Because Alfred Lowry, of Toorak, bit his finger nails, his wife, Mary Ann, left him. for another man. " That, at any rate, was one of the reasons given in a letter, read in the Divorce Court lately in Melbourne, when a decree nisi was granted; "You ara not the man for me; ycu don't even respect yourself," stated the letter.
