Mr. Solomon says that thei leased to the Rugby Union for ai; period of 12 months, with sight of renewal upon; terms, Number 6 of which was that; the' union should permit'., the Uoursing club" to use th& insideenclosure ''"onthree Saturdays., Daring the present coursing season the enclosure has been used on two occasions, and the Comi'SJng Club recently notified i the unioiji that ii would require the ipse;of it on i August 30.
