POSITIbN OF ASSOCIATION. t-.. ———- The question whether the Auckland Automobile Association has the power to conduct motor sports, and '-.< whether, in the case of members would become personally liable for compensation, has been considered by the council of the association. With the idea of making this point clear, an'amendment of the rules of the. association .wis; carried last evening, the -words- "competitions and motor races?'-being added/to, the list of functions and which the association is ' empowered to organise.
