The Government meteorologist reported last night as follows-.—Present indications are for strong north-easterly to north-westerly winds. Weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain following. The barometer has a falling tendency. HERALD SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 24 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M.
