OBITUARY.
MRS. E. J. CLARK. fBY TELEGRAPH.' —OWN COREESPONDENT.] PAPAKOA. Tuesday. The death occurred on Friday morning of Mrs. E. Clark, of Ararua, Matakohe. Mrs. Clark was taken suddenly ill th« previous evening and during the night ■'"'■;■- Dr. Dukes, of Paparoa, was summoned. Death was due to meningitis. Deceased, who was 33 years of age, leaves a husband and five children. She was a daughter of Mr. J. C. Queen, of Green Lane, Auckland, formerly a wellknown Ruawai settler.
