BISLEY MEETING OPENS.
BAD SHOOTING CONDITIONS.
HIGH SCORING AT THE OUTSET.
(Received 5.5 p.m.) Renter. LONDOKT. July 7. The Bisley rifle meeting opened to-day in high wind, with rain threatening, and a bad light. There was high scoring in the early stages in spite of the reduced size of the bull's eye.
