An army of 13,000 State forces and some Federal troops from Sao Paulo are marching toward Rio de Janeiro, according to a correspondent at La Nacion. News from Brazil is vague. It leaves little doubt, however, that the Sao Paulo insurrection is of a formidable character and that it is aimed at the Federal Government. . *"'
