A. and N.Z.
VIENNA. July 7.
Eleven persons were wounded in a street fight last evening between Monarchists and Social Democrats at the town of Klosternenburg, six miles north-west oi the capital.
Monarchist troops, armed with revolvers, daggers, bayonets and clubs jelfberately provoked a gathering -of Socialists. In view of the large number of spectators present the Socialists endeavoured to prevent a disturbance, but the Monarchists fired some 50 shots into the crowd. They then took refuge in the engineers' barracks, which the enraged crowd tried to storm.
