FORMER MACK SEA FLEET.

Br Teloerapb—Piesa Association—Copyrisht. (Received 11.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. July 8. A special correspondent informs the Daily Chronicle thai the French Government proposes to hand over to the Soviet General Wrangel's Black Sea fleet.
This comprises two battleships, one light cruiser, one cruiser, one sloop, one repair ship and ten destroyers.
The vessels, which are now lying at Bizerta, Tunis, were handed over to France when General Wrangel's force collapsed.
The present action of France is believed to bo a precursor to trading negotiations with Russia.
