As the result, of ; the , House i of Lords decision in the Russell divorce case, which upheld an appeal by Mrs. Christabel" Russell against a decree nisi granted to her husband, Lord' Amp thill's heir, : three undefended divorce cases heard in- Norwich have been referred to a London Court for argument. This is' the outcome 'of counsel's argument that neither party is able to directly . give, evidence, disavowing the paternity of the child.
