SINCLAIR SCHOLARSHIP. v ONE SCHOLARSHIP, of £100 a year, tenable for three years, is offered for competition in October next. This Scholarship is open to all persons, male or female, born in the Dominion of New Zealand, who, at the time of the examination shall be between the ages of 16 and 20 years, and who have not kept terms, or attended lectures, or held a Scholarship in any University or. College, "and who shall ; satisfy the , Council of the College that neither they nor their patents or guardians can obtain for them a University education without pecuniary aid. The holder of this Scholarship will not be allowed to hold concurrently a Junior University Scholarship. Candidates are required to give in their names on or before October 1, to the Registrar, from whom, further information may be obtained. - The 'examination will be held about the end of October, at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
