ahe Government steanier Tutanekai brought back yesterday the wireless plant temporarily erected at Tiri Island for the radio direction-finding test carried out on Wednesday. The vessel berthed at the Prince's Wharf late in the afternoon. At 1.30 p.m. to-day the Tutanekai i?i!l leave on ft short cruise round the East - Coast, attending to the lights at Ohina and Gable and Foreland. Oramsi. which is the first of thiee 20,000-ton mail steamers ordered bv' the Orient Steam Navigation Company for the Australian service, was euccessrally launched from the yard of Messrs. Vickers, Ltd., at Barrow in-Furness on .May 20. The Orama, which is named after a former vessel of the same name, is 658 ft. long, 75ft. beam, and 63ft. deep.
