The' New Zealand Rugby League met last evening. Mr. .T y Carlaw presiding. o Mr, 11. Oakld.v tendered his resignation a3 treasurer, ana,' Mr. Nelson Culpan was appointed in his stead. Messrs. R. J. feVerling and C. J. Pearce were appointed del agates to represent Canterbury on .the New Zealasd League. It was decided to make the beat arrangements possible with tho Railway Department to delay all trains on the dates of the matches against the .Ti'nglish team. • Mr. W. S. Bryce was appointed tho Wellington 'vice-president. Owing to leaving *3v.e district Mr. S. Houghton resigned his- position as selector to tho New Zealand League. -The resignation was accepted with regret, and Mr. W. Jpiversidge y/aa appointed in his stead.
