GATHERING IN ROME.
MUSSOLINI'S PRINCIPLES.
Reuter. ROME, May 15. At the opening of the International Migration Conference, in the presence' of the King, members of Cabinet, and of diplomatic representatives, Signor Mussolini, the Prime Minister, welcomed the delegates from 59 States who attended.
Signor Mussolini laid stress cn the necessity for collaboration in safeguarding the interests of emigrants, laws for the protection of whom should be inspired by humanity and justice. •-.
