PARISHIONERS' MEETING.
THE CLEVEDON CHURCH. [BY TELEGRAPH.OWN COBEESPOKDENT.] . CLEVEDON, Friday. The -annual meeting of parishioners was j; held in All Souls Church, Cievedon, on May 14, the vicar (the Rev. W. H. Rattray) presiding. A satisfactory position was revealed in the financial statement, a credit balanco being shown. The election of officers resulted as fol-... lows :—Church committee, Mesdames Rattray, Jeffrey and R. Waters, Misses Hyde and Waters, Messrs. Bryan, Duder, Hyde, Jeffrey and F. Stephens; people's warden, Mr. Crispe. (The vicar appointed Mr. Hyde as vicar's warden for the central vestry..- Auditor, Mr. Hyde treasurer, Mr. F. Stephens;tsecretary, Miss Waters; cemetery board, Messrs. Hyde, F. Stephens and P. Waters; central vestry delegates, £liss Waters, Messrs. Bryan, Jeffrey and .F. Stephens. Votes of thanks were accorded to all out-going officers, with special reference to the lay-reader, Mr. D. M. Bryan, and treasurer, Mr. F. Stephens. The erection cf a cross on the altar was sanctioned. ■ if - ' . A working bee is being . organised ,to re-form the approach at the entrance gates, to erect a fence round the vicar-, age and carry out other necessary work. 1
