Speaking at a private meeting of the Liberal Party at the House of Commons in connection with the forthcoming antiSocialist campaign throughout the country, Mr. H. H. Asquith outlined the policy he intends to enunciate at Brighton on May 23. Mr. Lloyd ; George has appealed to members of the party to support the campaign in their constituencies.
