SOVIET FRAMES DEMANDS. Reuter. MOSCOW. May 14. Herr Rantzau, German Ambassador to Russia, and M. Litvinoff, Foreign Commissary, had a lengthy conference with reference to the Berlin Embassy incident. M. Litvinoff demanded : the customary apologies, recognition of the extra-terri-toriality of the Foreign Mission, punishment of those responsible for the searching of the trade delegation's offices, and payment of an indemnity. /
The Russo-German railway conference, for which German delegates have arrived, has Been postponed sine die owing to the present dispute between' the two Govern ments. '■■■..',.',•■
