BRISBANE RIVER MISHAP.
STEAMER ORVIETO AGROUND.
A. nnd N.Z BRISBANE, May 15. The Orient liner Orvieto ran aground last night near the mouth of the Brisbane •River. A passing steamer unsuccessfully attempted to tow her off. Two tugs have left to give assistance. The position of the stranded vessel is not . serious.
