PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at . a Special Meeting of the Ellerslie Town Board convened for the purpose, and held oh Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 1924. a resojrution intended to operate as a Special Order was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Board to be held at the Office of the Board at Ellerslie on TUESDAY, . the 3rd day of June, 1924, at 7.30 p.m. By the said Resolution all By-laws at any time heretofore made by the Ellerslie Town Board or at any time heretofore existing in relation to the Town District of Ellerslie or to the inhabitants thereof or in relation to the well being and copduct of the affairs of the said district are repealed but ■shall notwithstanding remain in force so far as relates to any offence committed penalty incurred prosecution or proceeding commenced or notice given under or against any of the proviaons thereof before the coming into operation of the By-law herinafter mentioned and in lieu thereof the , Ellerslie Town Board .by Special Order ordains a By-law making regulations governing and affecting the following matters and things. , 1.
