BOY SCOUT JAMBOREE.
GREY LYNN REPRESENTATIVE. FAREWELL PRESENTATION. The scoutmasters and senior scouts of the Grey Lynn Troop tendered a farewell social on Wednesday 'evening to a member of that troop, Scout W. E. B. Dun-' ningham, who sails this month to attend the great Empire Jamboree of Scouts in London in August. About 200 guests were present, including members of the Special Service Squadron, and head scout officials of the Auckland district./ The District Scout Commissioner, Mr. E.C.; Grigsby, referred to the excellent record of the Grey Lynn Troop, the premier troop of the Dominion, and said it would be hard to find a better representative to send to London than Scout Dunningham. The scoutmaster in charge oiE the troop, Mr. L. C. Rasmussen, also addressed those present. ' Scout Dunningham was presented with a camera and case from the scoutmasters and senior scouts, and with a handsome silver watch from the Troop Committee. _ -
