PROGRAMME DRAFTED.
A. provisional programme has been compiled! for the New Zealand Band Championship /Contest, which will be held at Auckland next February. Other preliminary . details are also well in hand, and as soon :as the arrangements have . been approved by the North Island Band Association, 1 the bands New Zealand and Australia will be circularised. . The GovernoriGeneral has accepted the office of patron. ;
