The Madrid correspondent of the Daily Express states that there has been heavy ' fighting in Morocco since Wednesday. 1 , On that day General Aizpura, leading three columns consisting of 7000 men, made an important attempt to stop a Riff advance which would have made the revicAualling of the Spanish position very difficult. .
