Th© Onehunga Borough Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 9 of the abovementioned Act:— (a) That the purpose for whioh the loan is required is to sewer drain the whole of the remaining undrained areas of the Borough, viz.:—Boresford Park, St. George's Estate Te Papapa (being that area east of Alfred Street and south of Mount Smart Road), and Allotments 10, 11. 12, and the eastern half of 13, Section 34. (b) That the sum proposed to be borrowed is £34,700. (c) That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be a Special Rate of s}d in the pound on the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the special rating area of the Borough within which the drainage works ' are to bo carried out. (d) That it is proposed to make such loans repayable in thirty-six and onehalf (36i) years, and to provide for a Sinking Fund ,of not lees than one pound (£1) per centum per annum.
