The: chief attraction to-day -will undoubtedly be the ceremonial parade of the , navy - men through the city streets. Potter, officer-commanding the Northern Military District; the Mayoj, Mr. J. H. Gunson, and - members .of the City Council. Veterans from the Veterans' Home, returned soldiers from the Evelyn ~ Firth Home, crippled children from the Auckland Hospital, and detachments of Boy Scouts, Sea "Scouts, and Girl Guides will be accommodated in the grounds. v .The Mayor requests that all business be suspended daring the period of the march in order that employees may view the parade.
