RAILWAYS COMMISSION.
NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.) WELLINGTON. Wednesday. The personnel of the commission whi'h is to inquire into the railwaymen's grievances and the administration of the New Zealand railway system, has not. yet been decided upon. The Minister for Railways, the Hon. J. G. Coates, the
general manager, Mr. R. W. McVilly, and other officers, have again conferred with representatives of the executive of the' Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants. It was stated by the Minister to-night that the commission will be set up as soon as can be accomplished.
