COMMONWEALTH POST. SIR D. de CHAIR TO ACT. A. and ,N.Z. MELBOURNE, April 28. The Commonwealth Government Gazette announces that Admiral Sir Dudlev de Chair, Governor of New South Wales, will act as Governor-General of Australia in the absence of Lord Forster, who has occupied the Vice-regal post since 1920, and of the Earl of Strabroke, Governor of Victoria.
