Theunis and Hymans, Belgian Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs respectively, are to meet the British Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, on Friday. The Temps says that the Marquis of Crewe gave M. Poincare, Premier of France, an authentic interpretation of Mr. Mac Donald's references at York to "trusting Germany." He stated that if Germany does not keep her word, the British Government was equally prepared to take strong action in conjunction with the Allies.
