RAID IN THE PUNJAB.
MASHUD GANG'S WORK. SEVERAL PEOPLE ABDUCTED SEVEN EFFECT ESCAPE. By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright. (Received 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. DELHI. April 20. Reports have been received of a serious raid in the Dera Ismail Khan district, in the Derjet division of the Punjab,, on April 16. It resulted in the abduction of 17 persons, seven of whom' escaped later. The raid was the work of a Mahsud gang under a notorious leader named Baksha.
