REACTION IN GREECE.
ROYALISTS' MOVEMENT. SWIFT MEASURES TAKEN. OFFICERS UNDER ARREST. By Telegraph— Association— (Received 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. ATHENS, April 13. Owing to indications that reactionary trouble is brewing, the Government ordered the arrest of 18 superior military and naval retired officers. They included General Leonardopulus, leader of the last counter-revolution, who was sentenced to death recently and pardoned, and General Constandinopulus, the fanatic Royalist. The Minister for the Interior announces that considerable quantities of revolvers and cartridges were confiscated. The leaders projected a movement obviously intended to break out after the plebiscite. The Government declares that it is determined to crush any attempt at disorders.
