LITIGATION IN PARIS. A. and N.Z. LONDON. April 7. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that it appears that certain Parisians are not awaro of the real quality of their meat. They recently regaled themselves on two racehorses, whose value, according to the complainant in a case now before the Courts, was 75,000 francs. A Dublin horsebrecder is suing Mr. Wertheimer, the owner of Epinard, to recover that sum for horses which ho claims Mr. Wertheimer purchased. He stated that the animals were sent to Mr. Wertheimer's trainer, but when the latter presented the account to Mr. Wertheimer, he repudiated responsibility on the ground that ho never bought the horses. Complainant also declined to pay tho trainer, who thereupon, in order to recover expenses, sold the horses for 1300 francs to a horse butcher..
