THE HAURAKI PLAINS.

PIAKO RIVER OVERFLOWS, VALUE OF DRAINAGE SCHEME. [BY. TEtEGr.APH.—-OWN CORRESPONDENT J NG-A/lEA, Tuesday. It has now stopped raining.
