DOGS' HAIR COSTUMES.

A,handsome Samoyed -long-haired, pure white, with mild dark eyes, somewhat- resembling a collie dog— led into the lecture room of the Royal Society of Arts, London, one evening recently, m order to demonstrate to textile experts what beautiful hair the breed possesses for the.service of man.
