EGYPT AND BRITAIN.
NEW ERA AT HAND. Times. LONDON, Mar. 18. j The Cairo correspondent of the Times [ reports that Zaghlul Pasha, Premier of Egypt, in an interview, declared:— | "I consider we. are on the threshold of a new era in which good relations between Britain and Egypt will be consolidated and fixed on a solid, durable basis. Wo want to have in Britain a great friend in good or bad fortune, each of us rejoicing in the other's prosperity. "It appears to me the sentiments of both countries are such that wo should be able to arrive at a mutually satisfactory entente."-
